I have been doing a little research and a lot of dreaming about spending more time growing food and less time commuting (yes,i commute by bike), while maintaining that media activism and education are an overarching social issue where i can contribute positively.
Is this a possible reality? Stay tuned to my life in 2007 (and blog) to find out.
Subsistence Living in a Mediated World is the slogan for the Cultural Farming project. When I revisited this website today (click on the nipple - you know you wanna!!), I was really inspired. When i listened to this podcast, i remembered why i give a shit about the things I do. So thanks, Cultural Farming and Media Nipple. ...and keep it up.
Things are changing. We are on some kind of edge.
